How do youtubers have access to map updates and we don't?

I’ve seen videos of content creators like Flats go over the map updates in depth with images of all the changes.

How come this wasn’t given in the dev blog? or anywhere else?

WHY is the only way for me to see what these updates are is to go to content creators when I don’t want to?

EDIT

I wasn’t aware of where you can access these images, but,

Communication is still an issue. If League of Legends had a map update or champion update, I wouldn’t have to do any work to go looking for it.

They’d provide a youtube video and an article directly showing and talking about it.

And they’d be linked in the game client.

All you have to do is look at his address bar and type in the link. It’s not just for content creators, but for all forms of press.

Ok I see, then I still have no idea why this wasn’t included in any dev blog or anything.

I mean I agree, they’re marketing team is horrendous, but I assume it’s because the season isn’t out yet that they don’t want to put a video out for it.

We’ll probably get another dev update video in a day or two.

But it’s publically available, and they already teased the changes.

How hard would it be to be like “hey since these images are already publically available, let’s do a devblog about it and release it when the trailer drops”

They literally did a pointless blog about the MHA collab as if it needed one.

Because map changes won’t make them money like MHA collab skins will lol

bro it gets even worse.

ALL THEY MENTION IS THE SKINS

I was complaining about not SHOWING the map changes, but they DIDN’T EVEN MENTION THEM.

AND MHA GOT ITS OWN BLOG?

I hate this company.

That’s Blizzard marketing for you.

They’re too busy making Youtube Shorts with what millennials think Gen Z humor is like. (Side Note: It’s nothing like Gen Z humor and it makes me want to invert my face every time I hear their corpo scripts)

I can see their reasons to a point, because they ARE a business and do need an income, HOWEVER…this is still a game and their focus towards gameplay and balance is extremely lacking in comparison to how many Kiriko skins can we push out in one season lol. It is just ridiculous at this point, but as long as the 10% keep spending hundreds of dollars on skins, they won’t change.
