well if its a random i say thanks and emote. if its one of my friends i spam “i need healing” because im evil like that :smiling_imp:

I thank when I get heals after I’ve asked for them. Example: I play DF in QP, dive in, get out, ask for heals, receive heals and thank the healer.

I either say thanks in voice chat, or use the thanks command and nod at them.

I rarely ask for heals, but when I get healed from crit, after asking, or get rezzed, I get the thanks VL out

I turn to them and say thanks, and if I have the time I also do whatever is the most appropriate voiceline

I never do such thing. Because usually I get into games as a backfill and the only missing slopt is a healer. So i’m the healer.

That moment when you get a clutch heal which saves your life so you try to thank your healer but you accidentaly do an emote instead and die while emoting followed by a flame of your healer who you tried to thank for healing.

i mean , i would thank anyone who saved me or made a big play
simply healing me is their job so its basically like thanking soldier for doing damge.

I just hit the thanks command. If the healer has been particularly brilliant I will verbally thank them at the end of the match.

Using actual voice chat to tell people when they did well is very important, not just for healers. I’ll always do a quick “Thanks!” voice line when I get rezzed, but I don’t like to overuse that button because it’s a little too close to the “emote” button and doing push-ups in front of the enemy team on accident is a bad day. If I get heals, I try to make a play off them and just make the healer’s job matter through my own playing.

You mean you guys don’t thank healers for their efforts and hard work by waiting until have the opportunity(like when you’re dead) and spamming “Need healing”(to get your healer’s attention) and spamming “Thanks” to shower them with your gratitude??

I usually say "it’s about time!"
which is French and roughly translates to “Thank you for the healing my good friend! Keep up the great work!”

Switch to Genji, get shot by 1dmg, run over your healer and spam “I NEED HEALING”
