How do you skip play of the game

Pause the game and hit “leave game”. The instant the word “victory” or “defeat” appear, you can leave and the game will claim your battlepass XP and you will not be penalized for leaving early.

You can’t, but at least it will be Genji’s ultimate being everywhere and not even more skilless ones like Soldier’s.
Or you can leave.

D.Va is cute and her plays tend to be pretty explosive, which is why I suggest not skipping any of her PotGs.

I quit the second Defeat or Victory flashes on the screen, I never stick around even if I think it might be me. I’ll just look in Highlights later in the day and see if any were POTG

Nothing more cringe than watching a DVA bomb or Junkrat wheel

Correction: You want to avoid watching POTG, because it isn’t yours.

You can briefly skip play of the game by looking away from the screen for about 15 seconds, and then looking back at it.

Just hit escape as soon as you see “victory” or “defeat” (at that point you’re clear of any leaver penalty) and then select leave. I do it when I feel ADD and want to rush on to my next game. It still shows your BP progress and any objective of the day/week/whatever you may have completed.

It would be nice to just skip to the lobby. I don’t even care if its me.

Hit escape and leave once the animation for victory or defeat starts to play. Simple.

POTG = If there is a JR in the match, the POTG will show a tire wipe.

BORING. As soon as I see the face of JR I immediately skip. Not worth watching the same noob crap thousand times. How much skill is involved to kill 2-3 people with a tire anyway that even one-shots tanks at full health with additional shield on them.

Also POTG never shows saves. Only eliminations. You never see a POTG where a Bap saved his whole team with a lamp and enabled them to wipe the enemy team right after this save. You never see a Zen POTG that ults to keep his team alive on the point during overtime and make them turn the fight into their favor.

People will swear to god that you won’t get faster in a game by doing so.

but you are 100% faster in a state where you can controll a hero again aka play.
