How do you scan with your mobile device

I want to see the Ashe graphic novel but all it says is to scan with your mobile device. I don’t know how to do that…are we supposed to be in some sort of app first or something ? If so what app? I really wish Blizzard would be more clear about what to do.

Use your mobile camera and scan the code.

When you open Google App on your phone there’s camera icon next to microphone.
Press that and scan QR code.

If you don’t have any of these, you can download a QR code scanner from your phone’s app store. Those blocks are called a QR code.
