They’re getting changed, but only mention how they’re changing Illari lmao. Where Lucio is just broken with 250hp too much survivability, Moira does too much damage for little effort. Those are the two I wanna hear about, Illari is the most balanced support in the game.
“Moving on to Support, we are looking at shifts in power for Moira, Lucio, and Illari. That means taking power from one part of their kit and funneling it into another - to somewhat maintain the overall power budget of the hero. Illari, for example, is receiving a slight nerf to her Primary Fire recovery time - 0.2 to 0.25 seconds - but giving more power back to her Secondary Fire heal and increase its HPS from 105 to 115. There are also some light buffs for Lifeweaver as we continue to evaluate where healthy power can be injected into his kit.”

Illari is like C-D tier garbage, lol. And the only reason that she isn’t F tier is because she does decent damage and is hitscan.
Oh, I already can see it
Grasp damage nerfed to 50
Orb pools for both damage and healing increased (meaning they last longer after making contact
Fade nerfed by increasing CD by…5-ish seconds?
Still won’t be enough for haters.

Moira mains are so bad they cried about getting their fade CD nerfed when it cleansed.

How about changing Moira’s life drain target lock to linear beam? I’m sure having to aim will make many Moira mains rage

They could probably just reduce or even remove her lifesteal. She already has soo many survivability tricks and a skinny hitbox
Just aim and no brain, must be a feeding soldier main

Many people have been ranking Lucio in the top tiers of the game, and his play rate is high in competitive, quick play, and across both PC and console. But it takes a lot of practice to master his best mechanic. Which makes me think Lucio seems to be in a good spot and is fairly balanced.
Lucio gets away with way too much with 250hp. At 200hp, you could call him skilled. Now he’s just broken with 250hp
