How do you post images/gifs/etc?

I’ve recently reached trust level 3, yet I have no idea how you post images (note I’m on an iPhone).
Any help would be much appreciated.

An easy way to find and post gifs is to browse on https://giphy.com and copy the links below a gif.

Yeah, you have to use links in order to post images and gifs, I believe there’s a size limit as well?

I know I’d have to use links…but is there something special to put around the link like when making bold text, or maybe Big text?
