Why I’m having issues with her:
- She has easy damage mitigation
- You’re forced to stare at her or give her more charge
- With two charges (for some reason) she can easily gain charge
- She peels through most types of damage block
- Kid named Finger (Waltuh)

Mobility, patience, and raw damage to burn her down.
Shooting her or anyone she shields just makes her the problem, self-control is her biggest counter.
I dunno. It made me laugh. 
In general, the best way to counter her is to knock down her team. She can only do so much and like any tank, she is just fat target alone

I mean she’s basically like orisa, with two abilities to mitigate damage, strong af.
Most people are flanking the healers rn, or trying to shoot past the tiny zarya at the healers behind. If she’s used two bubbles she’s basically got zero mitigation and at that point its just is your team focusing anyone? Or wildly shooting their own targets and nothing is dying.
Common issues are:
No flankers.
No focus fire.
so i have been, forcing bubble 1, switching to a different enemy or hiding, then burning through her second till she dies, but it only really works if your deeps are focusing or distracting healers.
She’s easy to down. Just don’t shoot her when bubbles up as she’s Charging attacks.
Which usually results in you dying faster because her attack goes up. If you take that from her she’s actually not bad to kill

I think a big issue arises when the rest of your team continues to shoot the bubbles, then what are you supposed to do? Lol

So you want to nerf a character who’s only strong due to peoples stupidity in shooting the bubble.
Its same principle as dps not taking out healers in matchups
You ball up in a corner and cry
Good Zarya’s know that you bubble while taking fire or body blocking for other teammates. Or you know she’s low and you’re trying to pop that bubble so she dies. Don’t see how “Just don’t shoot her bro” works especially when she’s in your face trying to kill you.

keep switching your targets between her or her team.
you usually cant kill her, because she can block all your damage and still damage you.
but if you force all her bubbles on herself this actually makes the problem twice as bad.
so if you bait bubble in 1 place, just start shooting at the other.
You team focuses her…bubble or not until she is dead. It happens fast and furious if people don’t panic and switch targets.

in low elo headshotting her will do wonders.
most tanks people find op in low elo are only that way because player mechanic’s are so bad, but in the case of zarya shes pretty strong overall regardless of rank.
Really, it’s to out-agress her
Don’t mindlessly spam her bubbles, but if she’s in a spot that’s risky or one of her supports are down or away, then shredding the bubble and then Zarya is perfectly viable.
You uninstall and play a game that has balance…which is nothing right now.
OW2: We are basically like Paladins now
This is easy, if you are having problems against zarya… go winston (or ask your tank to play him). You can zap people behind her bubble and you wont give her to much charge, forcing to use both bubbles, giving you the opportunity to focus and kill her
