How do you claim a code for xbox?

Say you have a code for widowmaker noir skin? Does it only work to claim it on a pc account or can you somehow do so on xbox or ps4 as well?

Idk if it’s the same with Xbox but on PS4 there’s a section in the shop called redeem code

The Widowmaker Noire codes are exclusive to each specific platform. That being said I believe any console codes (PS4 and Xbox One) may now be expired and no longer function (I don’t have confirmation on this). For each code you would have to redeem in the store for that platform, BattleNet, PlayStation Store, or Microsoft Store.
