How do yall justfy when you need to go hog

My rule is that its just a trash human being move to start with hog so my standard rule is that if they have hog, you can go hog since they dont deserve respect anyways

How do yall justify it?

Same exact way for me. Which is sad for me because I love to play hog. He’s always been my last resort tank. So I’m ready for his rework.

Meh, people insta swap to Hog the moment they get into any trouble whatsoever and I personally don’t mind it because Orisa is my 2nd favorite tank so any excuse to play her is good enough for me. She deletes Hog with ease, it’s fun seeing them struggle.

But i met one guy who said he did it because its easy and hes S tier and said “work smarter not harder”

at least he was honest

Not if you pick Dva/Winston/Ball… Cutting off Orisa’s supports pretty much instantly invalidates her entire existence. There’s a reason why she was ranked as decent at best in Season 1 in all ranks above gold. Dive destroys Orisa due to her lack of mobility and long range damage.

No justification.

If you go hog, you are either:

A) Openly admitting you are flat out worse at the game then the opponent tank and need the crutch.

or

B) Openly admitting you aren’t allowed within 500 feet of any school. (This option is for those who start the game on hog and / or main him)

I go hog to silent protest how horrible my healers or dps are. I am bad at hog so usually we lose that game. But I am happy that we are all at the same level when that happens.

I do not need to justify playing Hog because I do not care about your respect. You will give it to me in-game anyways. So if I was that desperate for it, I would have it.

Unless you went Orisa and my dps are garbage, in which case… Well played.

I mean that doesnt really imply they can beat her though in a fair 1v1. Nobody can, its simply an excuse to say just avoid her to beat her lmao. Youre just dodging the overall problem, shes broken init by herself. If you buffed healers and made them harder to kill? Now dive is useless. You’re just picking on the support again lol. Orisa herself is absolutely overpowered she negates everything and can hardly be killed. Youre saying you have to kill pretty much her whole team just to fight her off bruh. Thats insane. You should be able to kill whoever even if they are being healed or not depending on how how damage is coming at them or their poor positioning.

I’ve been maining Hog throughout all of his changes. I mained him when he was good, I’ve mained him when he was s*** . Why should I need to justify anything?

Nothing always been the Hog from May 2016 to current. Threw the rough patches of Hog still will play him
