How do we feel about annihilation?

Feel like this ult is kinda strange. Like when you pop it you don’t know if you’re about to get 5 kills instantly or hold the block button while the grapes of wrath tickle the enemy team for the next 10 seconds. Also can be annoying when one teammate who very easily has a way out singlehandedly doubles the uptime of this thing for the enemy. Kinda miss the absurdity of infinite uptime but I see why it had to go.

Overall, I like it

Ram feels slick with the way you can use buff form, and then activate your ult for more buff time as soon as the first round of buffness wears off. I wish other tanks where that fluid. Like Reinhardt comboing fire strike and earth shatters animation for one unique and fluid strike and shatter, or shatter and then strike.

That’s what he needed for 5v5 now that I think about it.

It’s not as atrocious as before, but it’s still a fight win a lot of the time. Tank passive including sleep dart nerf makes it a lot harder to do anything about as well.

infinite ram ult was garbage and cancerous for that month or so

now it feels so much more balanced. with everyone’s buffed health pools it doesn’t feel as horrible to play against

It’s a strong ult that not a lot of players know how to play around. You either have enough damage that you force him to block and escape his range, or you play spread out every time you know he has it. Both of those strats take more game sense than most folks have, so they clump up or make a straight line for him to run and punch through.

I think it’s balanced, but I can easily win a team fight singlehandedly because of how bad people are at playing around it.

Honestly they should make Zen ult similar to annihilation.
