How do people on console make unlimited smurfs?

We have to do PS Plus and Xbox Live so how do people make unlimited smurfs?

just create a new account on my playstation 4 and its a new smurf

From what I’ve understood, people just make another account on the PS4/XB1 that have the service on it from the primary account.

I can’t speak for Xbox, but on ps you just need ps plus on one account for every account on the console to play online.

Kinda like parasite accounts on Netflix?

Xbox: Have your gold profile sign in and other accounts run off of it where they can play online as well without paying any money.
