I think they get the same stats that the casters and analysts are provided

They have an entire staff typically dedicated to analytics and statisics. Additionally, part of a coaches job is managaging interpersonal relations and knowing who plays what, and who has synergy. If they can’t do those things then you’ll see an ex-coach real quick.

They need to move the coaches to the stage, give them each a windbreaker, headset and play calling card.
