Was playing the other night and got achievement for a 20 player killstreak.
I think was Lucio for it so not sure I even killed 20, does me healing players when they kill count as one for me or do I need X amount of damage to be awarded kill?
Assists also count as eliminations.
So if you do 1 point of damage or affect an enemy (knockback/stun/hack/etc.,) and they die soon thereafter, you get counted in the elimination.

Kill streak is based on elims, and to get elim credit simply being involved in a kill is enough.

Ah gotcha, I do fire Lucio primary at crowds while healing etc. So that makes sense.
