Im new to this game, i think my ashe is pretty good i have good stats but i keep losing my games. I have a good scoped accuracy and use my dynamite to hit at least 2 people every time its off cool down. My win rate is like 40 and i really wanna main ashe. Im too scared to play competetive. How do i win? Im not being delusional a few people ive played with said i was good, one even though i was a smurf, which is the biggest compliment ive got in my life. Sorry if this is a stupid question
Hit more shots, land more dynamite, build faster bob, send bob on objective, proceed to solo their team, win the game. Finish them of with a âgg ez noobsâ and you are set.

Your profile is hidden which makes it hard for anyone to objectively watch through your ashe stats and try to find a pattern that might explain your issues with her.

Scoped accuracy isnât everything. I have really good scoped accuracy too, but I still have a long way to go. My total damage, scoped criticals, dynamite kills and BOB kills are low compared to really good players. I need to shoot faster, shoot more heads, and use BOB better and more often. Also my deaths are a little high, so I need to bring that under control. In other words, my accuracy is good and my positioning is okayish, but everything else needs work. I canât see your stats, but you probably also need at least some of those things.
The most important thing to do is get kills, the easiest way to do that is headshots. The next most important thing is target priority. Shields are you lowest priority unless someone calls for shield break. Out of position squishies that you can kill solo are high priority, anyone attacking your supports is high priority, anyone your team is focusing is high priority.
If you kill all the enemies, youâll win. If you canât do that (and normally you canât, if youâre placed even remotely appropriately), then keeping yourself and your supports alive by killing the right people is a good start for winning teamfights.
I mean hit more headshots, use cover more effectively, learn her matchups, and keep at it. QP wonât challenge you so you are gonna have to take a plunge into Comp to be actually tested. You might drop a bit but learning a new hero is worth a dip you can recover from.
This is an example of stats not telling the story. You need to show a video so we can see what you are doing. But you have high damage done, but low final blows. Are you just trying to farm tanks to pad stats or something? You are a sniper, your final blows should be a high percentage of your elims.
Also you have ridiculously high barrier damage for Ashe. Stop shooting barriers so much, you have high mobility and should be able to reposition yourself to shoot around barriers
They have time in comp and are gold. Overbuff wonât show competitive stats until they play at least one more comp match and exit the game, but you can see them on the profile. (I donât really know whatâs going on on those profile pages though, theyâre hard to read so, meh.)

Think about the objective, now ask yourself whether your actions at any given time increased the chance for your teams success.
If you are trying to main Ashe youâll limit your options to that single hero, however in the end itâll allow you to improve on that hero.
i damage tanks cos they dive my healers, and its a quick way to get bob

It took me about half an hour mucking with settings to get OBS to record my games properly, but now that itâs set up I can record any game as long as I remember to hit the hotkey when it starts. (most important lesson learned, âlimit frame rateâ should be set to âoffâ if you donât want garbage outputâŠ)
problem is im too scared to comp now. i like to group and people allready dont like me with that low a win rate
Like I said: youâre gonna drop learning a new hero. Learning is more important than SR. You wouldnât walk into a class and expect to ace a test on material you never have seen before and never studied, right? This is the same way. Focus on improving at Ashe; SR follows growth.
What is your hero damage per 10min? You should have around 10k as ashe.

That is decent, what about your death per 10 min? Try to die less, and keep it at least below 6, or even 5.

People wonât like you as long as youâre playing DPS, honestly, except occasionally when youâre hard-carrying. People in competitive all either want to be the DPS and are upset that you took the slot, or think the DPS is a selfish and egotistical person just by the role that they took. Oddly enough people also often think itâs the hardest role to play and the most critical to team success (smarter people, IMO, recognize that tank is the hardest role to play and the most critical to team success). Itâs something you just have to learn to either defuse in introductory chat or ignore (with appropriate muting and/or reporting for egregious cases).
Well, that makes it sound worse than it is. Most matches nobody criticizes your choice and people do sort into roles without yelling at you, but DPS is the role most likely to be asked to switch in soloq and most likely to be refused admission to groups that are forming up.
Anyway, with stats like yours, thereâs a good chance that you would actually tear up the ranks at least for 1 or 2 tiers if you were in soloq. Maybe try just finding someone (preferably not another DPS) to duo with rather than full grouping?
Full groups require full team synergy, and, I mean, itâs a better way to play the game overall but you have to play regularly with the same six-stack (give or take a couple substitutions to ease scheduling) or youâll get torn up by those who do. With your numbers, I expect youâd be well positioned to take advantage of the chaos that is soloq (as long as you can find your own health packs and avoid or kill flankers that come for you).
Thats the problem, im not winning im losing way more than winning and in the only soloq i did i didnt do good and our rein went ball and hsouted at me saying i was just a gold c*** and that he knew better but he wasnt doing anything, just getting killed by a bastion that destroyed us
