You stop getting bad team mates when you realize that you are the problem and not your team mates.

If he’s the problem and the reason his team loses games then who do his teammates blame? Him or themselves?

That’s down to luck, or maybe you have to be the first one to make the call on mic.
Never gonna happen sadly, but you can now mute match/team text chat permanently (you can still see calls etc, just not people typing) and also right click and mute the ones being rude on the mic if you press P.
Themselves because if they played better they would have won.
