How do I set up voice chat for nintendo switch?

I recall for splatoon 2 you needed like a cable running to your phone and the switch and you needed a specific app for splatoon 2 voice chat.

Is there something like this for overwatch or how would it work?

No you don’t need your phone for overwatch it’s voice chat server is different than the Nintendo Switch it just needs a headset and mic plugged in
