Can’t seem to scroll up and down to read messages even though it looks like there’s a scroll tab on the chat window. I keep missing what people are saying due to being distracted by playing… not that anyone has had anything beneficial to say that I’ve actually seen, so far, lol.

You can’t unfortunately. Not even with keyboard. At least to my knowledge

(though I do want to know how to turn off my presence on battle.net bc i don’t want everyone toknow when im online :/)
Try ALL the buttons.
I imagine it may be the right and left triggers.
I can’t figure it out even after trying that. There’s a little scroll bar next to the chat that you’d be able to drag with a mouse but I think that was overlooked on console.
Sounds like consolewatch tbh.
I managed to get mine to work! Make sure chat is live as if you are about to type and use the right analogue stick up and down.
