I play a lot of chill servers in custom games and want to play some music, When I say I don’t have a mic, I don’t have a working mic, (I need a usb thingy plug) but anyways, is it possible to play music through voice chat without a mic? Even if I do need a mic, how can I play music through VC? Thanks 
Set your recording device to stereo mix (might need to enable it in recording devices options.) That should do it. Wouldn’t recommend doing this unless your team is okay with it though. Except that will also play your game sounds, and any sound your computer makes, so…

You are going to need a soundboard.
Or something similar.
There are Youtubers who can hook their soundboard setup into their game to have a bit of fun in Comp. And people really enjoy it.

But otherwise you’re probably going to get muted and reported quite often
