I try but I just cant bring myself to insta lock dva. My team wants to run rein dva but i cant bring myself to insta lock in a comp game how do i not care about my teammates. Edit: i know it sounds dumb but i really do want to improve my dva this isnt a troll post
I dont think i understand.
If you want to instalock fast, you need SSD, but i dont feel like you were asking about that.
this is a simple question with a simple answer…just focus on yourself
I don’t think the forums can be much of help with such thing in your mind lol.
You should always pick the best heroes that you believe you can use to help win the game. This is not necessarily picking the heroes that others want you to play with or necessarily trying to fill out a meta composition. As a damage role player, I try to focus on my skills as Pharah, even if this means going up against tough resistance such as two hit-scan opponents. Now I do switch off if I feel I am being hard countered enough and my team does not pick up the slack (sometimes my team does if the opponents are hard-focused on me), but I trust my skills as a Pharah main far more than most other heroes on the roster.
i find it hard to not be guilty after
Disable both text and voice chat. That way you can’t know if your teammates are typing “DVA SWITCH” in the chat. Or if someone is toxic on your or the enemy team, or anything else for that matter.
Only thing you will be able to see in chat are the default commands such as “Group up!”, “I need healing” etc.
I don’t recommend turning off VC if you’re in plat or above unless team is toxic. People there start to have important callouts that will be useful
I’m in plat and it doesn’t really make any difference tbh. I have tried playing with VC on for a very long time, and with all possible chat off also for a very long time. My SR stayed the same in both cases.
Depending on your rank, you might not even need to work with your team and just choose whatever is best for you. Especially in Bronze-Silver where communication and teamwork is zilch, you’d probably be better off playing what you know you can carry in.
