On switch I have Top500 player icons and I have some icons from ps4 I wanna use but for some reason I can’t use them use them in blizzard not in game
Like, you want to use them here on the forums?
If so I think you have to wait for updates on Blizzard’s side or something. I don’t know much about it beyond what I’ve seen other people on here say - and that my forum icon took like an entire year before it changed to what I had been using in-game.
Change your player icon in game - then log out of the forums and log back in. Make sure your forum and ps4 account are linked.

Honestly, I’m not sure how to choose which platform from your multi platforms gets your icon. I’m sure there’s a way to do it, I just don’t know how.
The forums will default to the PC platform for your choice of player icon, if you don’t have a PC license it defaults to the first console you played Overwatch on.
You can change which console pulls from the Player Icon if you unlink other console platforms from your BattleNet account, but if you play on PC, you are stuck with your PC icon choice. Note, I don’t recommend doing this for the heck of it to make sure any linked account rewards stay intact.
Remember you must sign out and back into the forums to reflect any Player Icon changes made regardless of platform.
