Seriously I feel so sorry for the console users. Watching this streamer in diamond it’s just non-stop Smurfs stacks. No pfp level 1 endorsements. Obvious ximming. Like every game is duo damage boosted Smurf lmaoooo

I’m waiting for other games to be fun again. And Monster Hunter Wilds. That game can’t come soon enough.
Overwatch is fun, but only if I’m the one winning.

Yeah I sometimes join my son on console

It’s bad haha… filled w little children… And smurfing was always a problem since making a new acc was always free…So even when the game was $60… console could still make unlimited smurf acc…

My son only plays w his friends in QP on PS5, but I told him to learn PC so now he plays comp on PC …

For fooling around w friends console is fun… But that’s about it…

It’s bad. Smurf duos holding whole enemy teams in spawn in plat-diamond is absolutely wild. Aim assist with xim is unbeatable.

It was said that most people in diamond and beyond are on xim, in a previous post I don’t feel like looking for. Some discords/teams won’t even let you on if you’re not ximming.

I remember one time I called out a Ximmer in ranked, that clearly stated that they were using xim in chat replying to one of my teammates (asking if they somehow "adjusted the sensitivity in their MnK), and instead of calling them out, the lobby decided to flame me for accusing the Ximmer and the classic “you’re salty/bad/crying tropes” appeared.

This is why I don’t play ranked anyways.

Why?

PC ain’t some magical fun time only for competitive.

I play the game on console. I can play it on steam.

I stopped playing competitive for the same reason I don’t play it on PC. Game is fun casual. Not going to blow a gasket like Samito getting passionately upset over some imaginary points over a made up rank.

I play comp on console. Its fine. gold/plat. I did get to diamond once and yeah, that place is awful, super toxic and full of ximmers. But lower is fine. fun even.

And we dont have hackers. /shrug.
The weird hostility based on platform is pretty cringe btw, its 2024.

Ikr. I’m waiting for mvc fighting collection to come out too.

I’ve slowed on playing comp for the same reasons and the rewards aren’t enticing enough to put up with some of that crap.

Many people do resort to xims in order to reach high rank.

I had no problems getting to Masters without cheating and so did many others, though.

We’re used to dealing with it. Fighting these players just makes us better.

I played on PC once using a controller, and was shocked at how bad the players are. A surprising number of Ana’s and Zen’s and other aim intensive heros compared to console, but they had zero game sense.

I was only Gold or Plat on PC as I don’t know how to use mouse and keyboard that well. So I was technically smurfing, but still.

I expected PC Golds to be the equivalent of Low Diamonds or something on console.

Tired of them doing ban waves they just need to nuke these cheaters asap rather than them waiting for the cheaters to ruin 20+ matches before they take action.
