For Pharah, use blink to dodge her rockets cause she can basically 2-shot you.
Dunno about Torb.
KarQ did a thing with Danteh a few days ago on matchups if you are Tracer.
Maybe it has something for you.
The tldr: kill the other support while there is a pharmercy.
Attack the Torb turret of avoiding it, go after Torb when his overload has stopped.

torb is a zoner you will need to flank a lot to get to his turret and destroy it

As Nox has said, best bet is to swap.
Torb’s turret will lock on to you and do too much damage to Tracer that you won’t be able to do much after the turret dies and Pharah will usually be too far out of your range to get much value against her

For Pharah, if she doesn’t have a Mercy you can look to get highround and fight her from there. If she does have a Mercy, avoid and focus the other Support.
As for Torb, again look to play around the map. With good positioning you can often stay behind cover from the turret while shooting something else in the backline. It’s also worth mentioning that if the turret is shooting at someone else and doesn’t lose sight of that target, it will not lock onto you. This can be useful if your tanks are pushing in aggressively.
Avoid fighting Torbjörn if he has his armor ability up, but you can duel him with good movement if he’s used it.
For torb bait out overload, then take the duel. For pharah, get to high ground and blink to close in for easier shots.

There’s not because Torb counters you and a good pharah will absolutely wreck you.
I guess avoid them but if they are giving issues to your team, more than likely, best to swap.

let turret get line of sight on 1 of your teammates 1st, then once youve destroyed it torb cant place it agains for 10 seconds i believe?
bait his overload out beforehand or after destroying turret and then kill him.
torb is so big you can track him while falling from high ground, his m1 is dangerous so lots of wide juking or direction changes.
pharah cant fly forever these days, so you can kill her on the ground.

If there is a list of not smart thing to do with Tracer, trying to duel hero who can one-shot you (also known as Torb) is definitely one of those.

A tip for countering pharah: Don’t, because it’s not your job, no matter how many people in voice flame you that “we need to counter pharah”
If you kill her team, pharah loses by default. Make her counter you by hunting her team instead. Especially if they’re running pharahmercy, that means one healer is in the sky and not pocketing their other healer.
As for torb, it helps to ask your team to deal with turret. If they refuse, you can always try farming tanks and going for pulsebomb kills. Worst case scenario, you pulse the turret or swap lol

Torb main here, I have to agree with other peeps in this thread. You are going to have to be 3x a better Tracer than the Torb is. So… it’s possible, but it’s definitely not advised. Swapping seems like the best choice.
I wish I had a better or smarter opinion, since I do NOT like hard counters. But I don’t play Tracer, and I don’t have any great advice for her vs. Torb. Swap is all I can recommend. I sincerely hope someone has got better advice than that.

Dive bomb turret with pulse bomb then kill torb not a certainty, but levels playing field, pharah ignore/avoid unless she is low to ground
Tracer relies on her mobility if you screw up your blinks and recall you’re doomed use it wisely
