What you do matters more and impacts the match more, as opposed to OW2 where you can pop off as DPS or Support but it doesn’t even matter. Lower/Faster TTK, which is a good thing. More burst damage, so you’re rewarded by good positioning and by having good skill. Also it confirms to everyone that 6v6 is a better experience than 5v5 (even with day 1 heroes lol). It’s also nostalgic for players to experience what the heroes were like on OW1 launch day. It’s also demonstrating that the official 6v6 tests incoming next season are going to be amazing.
You’ll only die this quickly if your positioning isn’t good and you’re not fighting with teammates/support around you… in which case you should be punished for making the choice to do that.
I grew up on shooters like Counter-Strike where you can die just as fast and there are no tank characters to play as or ways to heal mid-match. A fast TTK just doesn’t bother me.
Plus, I’m not actually dying in 1 second most of the time anyway.
Reliving history is quite enjoyable. I love seeing how far I have come as a player (and a person). The core gameplay is just a lot of fun. That’s all I ever wanted out of Overwatch. I have been playing more than I have since… Well, the launch of the original.
There is none and i’m very dissapointed, with them being so greedy and now don’t even know what people enjoyed the most in overwatch 1. 2 tanks 2 healers and 2 dps.
