Can speak Arabic and English

Can speak Korean and English
Genji is from Japan 
Can speak Japanese and English

How come all foreigners in this game can speak English, from what I’ve heard it ain’t easy for foreigners.

Well I’m from USA so I wouldn’t know much if not any Russian, unless I took the time to spend more then 2 years learning it

Because English is an international language spoken by many. Even basic English isn’t that hard to master. What a strange question.
About 99% of Irish people speak or can speak English, and about %36 speak or can speak Irish, so ya it’s kind of fading out of the country
I heard there’s a pretty strong effort to encourage teaching it, though.
It’s kind of interesting (and sad) to see a language dying before your eyes, though.
People need to be able to understand what the heroes are saying, so it’s dubbed in various languages so people can actually do so instead of everyone only being able to understand whatever heroes canonically speak their language.
