When you see it, you just know. The colors look all dark and the UI looks off.
Can anyone explain why?
It’s just the contrast. You can change it in settings.

Turn up your brightness
It’s probably contrast brightness or the tv that your playing on, my ow looks pretty standard on my tv but some of my friends looks really off

Yeah, it’s mega shadowy compared to the pc version.
what is that date thing under your reply?
I think this is bc they use different shaders and resolution settings as a standard on console compared to how much control you have over it on PC.
PC also doesn’t have a lot of bushes and decorations and stuff that we do on console. Iirc, they changed it because people could gain an advantage over players putting stuff or hiding in bushes by turning their graphics settings down so they didn’t render. As a result, they just removed them entirely for PC, but we still have them on console because it’s all the same standardized equipment and graphics.
