Wondering why this hasnt been asked or addressed, especially with the flood of complaints about people who dont play the game not having access to the game.

Very simple. When PvE will launch, the XP you get from PvE missions will probably contribute towards the BP.
You will not get Kiriko that way though, Kiriko will be old news by the time the PvE launches, but they will probably introduce all sorts of challenges in order to obtain old heroes.

Weirdly enough if you are nice to the people you play with, you can make some real life friends, which can lead to meeting hot babes in your city.
