I linked the wrong account in Blizzard and I want to change it, but when I clicked Disconnected, I got a message saying that I will not be able to link an account in the PlayStation until 1 year , and I want to link my account to get my skins from overwatch 1 to overwatch 2, so is there any way to link my account before 1 year?

Sadly if you are seeing a cooldown of 1 year then you recently linked an account and it can not be relinked until that cool down has expired.
