I bought the pack of 80 prisms for the Zen skin Prixius with all levels, then it bugged I started to buy the skin for 50 prism, so for me even though the game knew I bought the 80 prism pack it still allowed me to buy the base skin, even though I already have it.
How can I have my 50 prisms back

Please report this bug in Bug Report as that is not the intended behavior. Developers aren’t monitoring this forum for bugs.
Sorry, this was not the first thing that came to mind to do, but as I made the ticket to blizzard and already have made the post in the bug reports and no one responded or helped me in the ticket. I decide to post here.

Bug Report posts rarely get a response from the staff unless they need more information from you. As for the ticket, they likely can’t restore currency and need developer intervention, which is why I suggested getting visibility on the issue in Bug Report. I hope you get this figured out.
