I need to be able to communicate with someone from OW2 support regarding my account. the tickets are not helping and only an AI responds to me.
I have been trying for weeks to solve my problem and no one helps me or contacts me from the support department. I bought my account from OW1 and I have a lot of effort and time invested in it, including money and skins.
If anyone knows how I can contact the support department of the game, it would be of great help (tickets are useless).
The only method for contacting customer support is via ticket. Blizzard retired live chat and phone calls many years ago.
I am a volunteer. I do not work at Blizzard and cannot forward information to staff on your behalf.
Thank you for responding to my forum topic. But Blizzard support tickets are useless, no one has helped me with my problem even in the ticktes I sent to support I only get a reply from an AI. It is silly that one as a user of a game that invests time and money to receive a poor treatment from them. They literally penalize you for server problems and can even take away your account for years and you just have to accept it.
I find their treatment of users very bad and Iām not the only one with problems.
