How can i get Archive boxes?

So i was looking at some of the McCree skins and saw his BlackWatch one, and was wondering how i can get its loot box? Please help!

I’m so sorry. But you have to wait 6 months and then play for random loot boxes.

The Archives event happens in April. You can get the boxes during that event.

You can get it during the Archives event, similar to Summer games and Halloween terror, the boxes are dropped whenever you earn one.

EDIT: The event takes place usually in April

Just to be sure though, dont wait to grind lootboxes! you can always collect credits that you can spend later to guarantee you get what you want!

Skins that say you can find them in certain boxes only appear during said event.

Here’s a chart so you ca sort of plan for the upcoming events! Not all these will be accurate dates, but should give you an idea!

  • Summer Games 2018 ran from 9 August, 2018 to 31 August, 2018.
  • Halloween Terror 2017 ran from 10 October, 2017 to 2 November, 2017.
  • Winter Wonderland 2017 ran from 12 December, 2017 to 2 January, 2018.
  • Lunar New Year 2018 (Year of the Dog) ran from 8 February, 2018 to 6 March, 2018 (2019 is February 5, so I imagine this will start earlier!)
  • Archives 2018 ran from 10 April, 2018 to 30 April, 2018.
  • Anniversary 2018 (Second anniversary) ran from 22 May, 2018 to 12 June, 2018.

So around these days you can expect the event you’re looking for to pop up!
