How can I get a refund?

My woes.

  1. Everyone including me DCing ALL the time. DC’d twice today and my internet is fine. A lot of people on my team and the enemy team in my experience have had lots of DCs. Blizzard cant maintain their servers.
  2. The toxicity isnt any better, also been running into a ton of throwers.
  3. Unbalanced heros (not even going to get into that one. not gonna start a ****storm)
  4. False reporters. Also a huge issue.

Im done with this game, with or without this refund Ill never take this game seriously or love it like I did.

Broken game with developers seemingly having no aim to fix it deems refunding.

U can’t
thats about all there is to say. It’s a multiplayer game; all of your qualms are ubiquitous throughout all types of multiplayer games

Have you tried making a ticket and diagnosed stuff on your end before queueing up again. Not to be blizzard’s white knight but i had simular problems and guess what they got a solution.

If you spent very little time in the game sure. After a certain point that is like eating at a restaurant, finishing your meal, leaving coming back the next day and eating again and saying I didn’t like my meals give me back my money. You spent the money enjoyed the product but no longer do. Stop playing and go on with your life.

You have played 103 hours of this game. If it was so broken, why didn’t you stop before hour one was up? It’s because it’s not broken, not in the way that entitles refunds, it is fully functional.

What does aim have to do with being deserving of a refund? They advertised the game with characters that didn’t need to aim. They have been there since the beginning. That’s also working as intended.

You are WAY WAY WAY past the point of being deserving of a refund. And it’s frankly a little shocking to me that anyone can think they could play a game for so long and deserve a refund.

If it’s really that bad, why didn’t you stop before 100 hours? I know Steam has a 45< minutes refund policy, not sure about Blizzard.

Nah wasn’t it 2 hrs?

Your normal average triple A game gives 60-100 hours of content to go through. Just because you bought something that’s digital does not mean its value is insignificant.

Given the user name, I actually doubt this person is all that young…

That was a rated R movie that came out 17 years ago.

'eh, kids like to latch onto things from older culture anyway. I wouldn’t put it past a young teen to like Donnie Darko for its edge

millennials are in their 20s now anyway, but don’t tell the media

What edge is in Donnie Darko lol

You have over 100 hours played, you got your money’s worth even if you never play the game again. This is like trying to return your Ford with 110,000 miles on it.

I would expect different lingo and less structured paragraph from an edgy teen that latched onto such an old movie though. I think this person is probably in their early-mid thirties, but only the OP can tell us.

If you’re gonna be upset about the game after you put hundreds of hours into it, that’s a different problem.

If you’re gonna be that upset about 40$ you probably spent well over a year ago, that’s a different problem.

Move on. It’s less than $100 you’re losing here (unless you spent it on lootboxes but that was your choice).

I ate something I didn’t like at Burger King 2 weeks ago, I think I’m going to go back and get a refund because I didn’t like it.

You got your hours worth, no refund is needed.

But that being said, Overwatch is not what is used to be, and that’s not a good thing😂

But yah, maybe if you were level 2. Instead of level 300.
