I don’t know how I can get the rights to make posts in every category (especially general conversation)? Do I have to purchase a forum account with those rights? So do I have to like buy account rights even tho I purchased the game itself?

Usually you need to relog for these changes to be fully in effect.
But I also did that…

Forums are as great as always. Sometimes it can take a while for the effects to actually take effect then.
Same applies for changing player icon, it can take months…
Altough i’m sure the MVP’s still have another solution up their sleeves.
