HOW blizzard think that is the tank counterplay problem

they think that the actual tank counterplay problem is like:

if i try to play hammond then the enemy will pick only sombra to counter me and i have some good posibility to outplay “my” counter… But…

the true is that this is not how the players are playing ow2. because if i pick hammond and do a decent job, then the enemy will pick sombra, cassidy , ana , hog and brig and DONT let me play the game.

Most people are not good enough at their hero to consistently play against a full counter composition which is actually wild because even I can manage to get their entire team to swap for me with my mediocre Reinhardt.

because on ow2 is really easy to get a massive value just hardcounter the enemy tank. is the best way to win a match. and blizzard dont understand anything. they also dont understand that buffing tanks just make this problem worse.
