Well that sounds like a very balance-able situation if it’s in between “Too much and Not enough” by just a few number tweaks.
I mean, ultimately, high ELO is just gonna Kiriko pocket, or similar.
And it’s kind of a lost cause to try to make all Supports be meta.
Like you can’t make every Support hero be above average.
