Widow and Bastion join the party, up to 23.
I know some would probably bring up the “Ult economy” (somehow you win with GOATS and have ults when the enemy team needs to switch), but GOATS weakness is DPS and it can’t always win against it if the DPS play aggressive.
Outlaws actually did really well on the DPS for a while there.

Oh man, this is the kind of gameplay I live to watch, Outlaws finally playing their game. Why weren’t they doing this before??? Just don’t switch off to GOATS, at least let us enjoy this a little while longer.

I’m sad for Houston, but go Dragons!
Outlaws needed one of those supports ults…preferably Zen’s…and they chucked it into the wind…just like their chance to win that map. 
Outlaws had momentum and exciting plays on DPS, but crumbled soon as they switched to GOATS… again… just so hard to watch…

Dear Outlaws, stop going Goats… stick to your ‘guns’… pick DPS… you do better… your last 3 matches have shown that now… just play dps and stop playing goats.
