About how many hours would it take to reach max diamond border?

Probably around at a minimum 5000, unless you were grinding xp modes primarily, which maybe would take like 2500.

Well, Iāve played 1350 and am gold border soā¦ probably double that?

2700~ hours played and Iām almost 200 levels above max level border, I think. Most played modes: Mystery Heroes and QP, both combined being 2000+ hours. By time played, I mean the ingame counter which does not count queue times, and I believe the times it takes for the match to actually start (waiting time in attack/defense). I was well into gold border before playing more with other people, Iād estimate maybe 65-70% soloplay and rest with group bonus. During one of the double exp events I gained 90 levels or so, on another maybe 50 - been too long to remember the exact numbers.
My sr is low and I have no desire to āāgrindāā the ladder, but I try my best in comp the few times I do play it.

You will be reviled as skilless unless you are āTop 500āā¦ be prepared.

I get the āYouāre gold border in silverā every now and then, itās adorable. They think it hurts me when, in fact, Iām proud that I put a lot of effort into bringing my skill up that high. Iām no sleepy or xqc but by god when you climb from <500 thatās a damned accomplishment.

Junkrat isnāt the best, or easiest, hero to do this with but I wish you luck. Iāve played a LOT of junkrat, 212hrs according to my āAll modesā stat, and you can just FEEL the blizzard philosophy of āeasy to play; hard to masterā from every vein of the character.

I believe it is roughly around 3500 hours.

Max Boarder is 2900
My level is 3542 my playtime is 3319hr
3542/3319 = 1.07 lvls an hour
2900/1.07 = 2710hr
So around 2.5-3k hours depending on grouping up and it could be more if you have long queue times.

Career profile on the left. Yes is doesnāt count time queues so you could add 10% to the time for that I guess.
I think itās really mode dependent too.
To reach my level right now 5 stars diamond border level 3 requires a minimum of 3,000 hours. Keep in mind I only mainly play Competitive and you will need to account for hours I play such as Archives that are not counted towards the total 3000 hour count
