No it’s just a separate fourm. It’s kinda like the pro discord. But generally it’s best to balance around people who actually know balance
I wouldn’t necessarily miss it I guess.
But my smurf is also 3400 on my main role and has been masters multiple times.
I’d care less about the lower ranks in terms of balance unless it’s a polarizing character like Junk or Bastion to where if you buff them it would break lower ranks.
What an empty place that would be. With the occasional ranked sucks post.
Being good at a game doesn’t equal knowing how to balance a game. People would be biased around improving the characters they like to play and nerfing whatever counters it. It’s not a good idea.

Would you be unbiased and just as good at balancing a game like educated professional video game developers? Heck no!

but after all, these people play Overwatch, so all they could agree on is their allies deserving to be Bronze…
It would generally most likely be better discussions than this place. If someone makes an Ana is broken thread here everyone just agrees and jumps on the bandwagon. If you make that in the other fourm you would generally hear Ana is a solid A Tier with Bap, Brig and Zen being a little better.
Like it generally doesn’t matter if you don’t go in the fourm. It’s just nice for discussion.

Since your a king at balance and knowledge, how would you buff her to make her viable in GM? 
They should make one for Streamers and Pros only. Sorry, but Masters is also “low sr” according to 4.4k players, so only they should be allowed to balance /s
Buff her lingering heals back to 4 seconds along with reverting 10% of that 15% ultimate charge nerf. The advantage of Coal is that it charges fast which balances out its weaker power. With this I’d add slight nerfs to Baps.

Ana has a lower winrate than Mercy in most ranks. Ana’s average winrate is like 50% which is a good thing
