You’re not alone, thousands upon thousands of people reporting the same thing, watch the video in the link and see if it rings true. Matchmaking is by fact and evidence, completely broken.

Tank is just a more impactful role. Only on dps could I get three entry picks and see both my tanks die lol.

I feel like he competely misunderstood the article and failed to address the other side of the coin. EOMM has two ways of working. One is the way that rigs games to be be won/lost and the other is indistinguishable from skillbased matchmaking as it aims to create draw games. Scott Mercer said in 2018 the matchmaker cannot create unwinnable games (a team having an expected win rate of <40%) which leads me to believe the game has the latter system in play.
At most you’ve demostrated matchmaking could be broken. Even then the evidence points the other way so most likely not.
