A space time hook is also exactly as it sounds, when hogs hook bends the fabric of space and time to hook you I’m talking about ignoring collision, your position, you literally seeing the ability go off on your screen that you used to escape.

I just know how far his hook reaches and avoid that range, 20 meters is the same as Moira’s right click, so I know if I am on her, if I can touch him, he can touch me.
