No. It is explicitly stated in the spam section of reporting that you can’t advertise. I typically report people that post their twitch channels.

The worst thing about those advertising their twitch streams is that everyone can just ghost watch the stream, basically it’s griefing their own team by giving the opponents a chance to peek.
