why are you giving this both a long cooldown and low health if all it does is give people damage resistance?

so it’s functionally identical to lucio but only on sometimes?

i don’t think she needs both her healing and damage boost buffed, and i’m saying that as a mercy player myself. either or would be more than enough for her, although i’m not sure why only multiplying the splash or base damage is the tradeoff. maybe something like headshots still do the base headshot damage?

If we revert Rally, I also want old overhealth regen back instead of the current 100 instant armor. Still salty about the Rally change personally lol.

Lucio seems perfect, nice, agreed

Shocked, I tell you. Shocked.

The cooldown is shorter than his current cooldown and the health is also more. I’m not tryna match the power of Immortality because it is meant to be a nerf as his damage and healing is still very strong and more skillful.

She has packs to compensate + I’m willing to change Inspire in other ways

It does too much for one cooldown

Maybe but either way it won’t break her and the damage boost is weaker on headshots

No because that doesn’t reward the player for hitting their headshots

Yeah probably

Some very nice ideas all in all but this part is too kind, gut pylon :stuck_out_tongue:

Yea her being able to chase down enemies like something from a horror movie with that speed was great, but having insane overhealth regen was a big part. Not sure how balanced it was but it was fun.

You can’t buff her without the game feeling bad same for Lifeweaver so they need reworks.

Fair it was balanced when it was overhealth not armour

It already heals and removes effects :sob: what more does it need??

Then it’d need to do damage reduction by at least 50%, lower/heighten the % based on how long damage reduction is in effect.

Or

Any kind of compensation like swift step cd reduction, higher crit multiplier for Kunai, or a buff to healing (more raw healing or fire rate, or projectile speed)

Do not understand. What does damage boost now, if not every heroes base damage?

No ty…

Yea as mad as Mercy mains were about the change, to undo those changes wouldn’t make sense to most people. Compared to OW1, there’s so much flexibility with her movement now.

Needs compensation… Such as damage reduction or cc immunity while resurrecting, if you want mercy to be even more of an easy target than she already is.

And much more fun

It won’t multiply the headshot damage.

So for Ashe for example she does 75 damage bodyshot and 150 damage headshot

With 30% damage boost she’d do 97 damage to the body like before because it’s 30% of 75 which = 22.5. 75 + 22 = 97.

Whenever Ashe headshots it would just add the 22 onto that making her do 172.

Looks at venture, a hero with invulnerability, mobility, vertical mobility, and aoe damage ALL IN ONE ability…

You’re right, suzu has too much :o

Kiriko’s effects her entire time and I love how your counter was just trying to name something more broken :sob:.

Odd? the support passive already did very little, it was just a faster global passive,

Ya this isnt that good of a idea, maybe if there were 2 tanks, but when there is only one, its not a good idea to increase hard CC like this.

FYI that turns his heal from possible 120 to 80 always. It would probably need CD reduction if you did that or lower the HoT to less then 4 seconds.

Ya no this aint it cheif, you need to remember that damage already is greater then healing, immos or high burst are the only things keeping damage in check, and when you just nerfed his burst potential eariler, in combination with this you almost make healing pointless.

All this would do is make bap either more DPS focus or healbot more, both outcomes is not good.

Once again, burst healing is needed to healing to have any chance to handle damage, this is a major nerf to her.

What is this? This would just make her feel worse, forcing people to be in range to get the 15 hp health would just result in brig healing less. It would cause people to get partcial healing as they leave compared to now where they get the full 15hp

Why just why? You are just mega nerfing a ult that isnt that powerful to begin with. What the logic here? Are you still traumatized by brig 1.0?

This would make her terrible, are once again force her to play more offensive or more heal bot, not a good idea.

Her turret already gets destroyed quite easily, why would you add this feature making it so much worse without any thing else to cominsate

Once again, healing is already less then damage, so immo and burst healing are the main ways to combat it.

Removing immo without buffing her heal or CD is just a massive nerf.

Immagine if in a patch reaper now didnt go immo during wrait form, and nothing else changed. IT would be a massive nerf

No

Im so confused? Why did you apply huge nerfs to all the other supports but then mega buffed mercy?

Like i play alot of mercy and this mainly the 30% would cause trouble. You have to be careful with percentile increases, and as ive said many times before, damage already is extremly high, adding 30% would not help.

Now if there was a global DPS nerf I could understand the 30% but as is, this would cause more issues

Um… she already has that? that is what the global passive is, so you just removed her passive and she gained nothing?

Yall really need to actually play mercy to understand how weak rez is most of the time. Mercy gets 3-6 rezes off per match (depending on rank) this would decrease that even further.

Rez is powerful, thats why it has so many downsides, the cast time, long CD, lowered movment speed, ect.

Why would you add another on top of all that?

But is borderline useless if the suzu’d target doesn’t also at least attempt to get to a safe position… Abilities that require another teammate to get full value from need to be strong or they just do extremely little

Granted Kiri can suzu herself, but wouldn’t need to if players weren’t taught that peeling for supports loses fights. The general consensus amongst the community is that overwatch is very much more solo play oriented as opposed to team play orientated. With the DPS passive still being at 20%, and tanks now being raid bosses, I don’t think suzu is as powerful as it used to be. Support needs all the things they can to feel fun at this point in time at least.

You can’t balance the game strictly based on how the top tier play. Because most players simply don’t even attempt to learn. The game will feel terrible for anyone who’s unlucky enough to not get teammates who can pull Thier own weight in a solo play oriented format.
