I got my very first Tracer POTG and was super excited to save it so I could show my friends, only to click save highlight & get stuck on the “Loading Highlight” screen. I thought “Okay, no big deal. I’ll screen record it.” I tried to view the highlight instead and screen record, only to find that it ALSO gets stuck on the “Loading Highlight” screen. It’ll show the loading progress bar completely filled in both cases and just doesn’t show or save the highlight. I tried checking my old saved highlights, and I could load them just fine, but all of today’s POTGs & highlights gave the same result when viewing or trying to save. I tried restarting my game, my PC, and simply waiting. None of those things changed the outcome.

Does this on PS4 aswell. I feel it’s similar or connected to the disconnect bug which happens when trying to view or save highlights

Same here, PC. Noticed last night when I tried to save a highlight and it just got stuck on the loading screen. Previously captured but not saved highlights got stuck on loading as well. It looks like it’s finished loading, but it never plays 
I can still play saved highlights tho
I’m commenting here as well as the other two threads i’ve found in the forums to help highlight this issue that has persisted since at least nov 2023 based on one of the messages. Disappointing to say the least.
I get the same error. I try to load a highlight and it looks like it loads, I get the highlight intro, but as soon as the highlight starts to play I get the “Client Requested Disconnect” screen and they will never load.

I can’t save a POTG or even view a replay. How pathetic! Who needs basic functionality when the $hop works…
Instead of having an intern change character colours schemes to shader maybe they could make a more robust game with better match making.

I’m having the same issues. Some highlights will load, others won’t. Some highlights will allow me to save them, some won’t. I can’t find a reason for the inconsistency.

hope it gets fixed soon because i cant save my potgs or even view them (or any other highlights). was working fine yesterday idk what happened??
I’m having the same issue when I’m trying to save my POTG/Highlights of D.VA. I can save or watch any other character except her 
. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Still happening on PC as of today 8/18/25. Got 4 POTGs today, first 3 watchable, last one stuck on loading.

literally i have this problem like for a week. my potg aren’t loaded and now i can’t even save them. it says “loading” and then nothing can be done.
just happened today to me as well
HIGHLIGHTS worked
but the potg won’t view, load or save
It’s only select highlights that refuse to load or save.
I saved all but the current #1 spot highlight without an issue.
I’m mentioning the exact placement, because the last time I recall having the issue, it was with the #1 spot highlight, which makes sense since I’m most likely to want to look at and save the best play I’ve done in any session.
I will also note, my duo played with me on the same game, and he got his #1 highlight from that same match. (He was very salty, because my 4k was better than his 4k lol)
He tried to show me his play, and it wouldn’t load.
I tried to save mine, same thing.
It almost immediately skips the loading to a full white bar, and stays on “LOADING HIGHLIGHT” with a full white bar for the rest of eternity, or until you hit cancel.
same thing is happening to me 23/8/25 POTG is not loading the heroes… on PC
