Can you explain exactly what’s happening? The ping shoots up and then normalizes? Or is it consistently high? This test is showing your ping around 63ms on the first hop of your ISP, and it builds to nearly 80ms before reaching any of Blizzard’s peering partners or servers.

the ping shoots up when the map loading screen appears and when athena says wellcome to and the name of the map its delayed ( loading the map takes ages) and after loading the map my ping stabןlizes arround 80

Okay, so this just sounds like you’re experiencing the bug that the staff hasn’t tracked down yet (the one being discussed in the other thread), and is not related to your connection at all.

The ping shooting up and then normalizing is typical behavior, and not likely to be cause for concern.

I recommend that you keep tracking the other thread you were participating in. Your DxDiag may prove helpful to the staff (no need to post it again).

ok thanks i dont want to blame blizzard for nothing but this whole issue has to do somthing with the patch

The difficulty of tracking it down is that not everyone is experiencing it, which points to an interaction of software/hardware that some people have, and others don’t.

Some people are seeing improvement removing drivers with DDU and then using an older version, as that’s what helped me.

rolling back drivers does not help
