hi there,
for the past few days me(and a friend of mine) have both been having intense issues with insanely high ping in overwatch and lag in discord, we share the same isp and know that thats probably the problem, but the problems seem to be exclusive to blizzard games and discord servers.
location is Zeist,Netherlands and the isp is KPN

I have not seen any reports of known issues with KPN, Discord or Overwatch that would be causing these connection troubles. Since this is happening for you and your friend good chance the issue could be starting at the home router/modem. Let’s check that first.
• Please power cycle the network equipment and flush the DNS.
• In the router see if enabling or disable any Quality of Service (QoS), UPnP or game mode. The manufacture of the router should have instructions on how to do this. Usually it would be on their website.
• Old firmware on your modem and router can cause issues when your network needs to deal with complex game connections. The manufacturer’s website for your hardware should have firmware, as well as instructions on how to apply firmware updates.
• If you have a separate modem and router you can try bypassing the router and connecting your computer to the modem. This may help with the connection and will let you know if it is specifically the router that is causing the trouble.

I also noticed that over the past couple of days, overwatch has consistently lost connection to the servers. I have played on multiple routers and ISPs during this time and the issue with high ping is still persisting
