High Latency on Central Ord1 Server

I have 5 gig service, and all other games have a perfectly good 20-40 ms latency. Overwatch however will spike to 90-140 ms, even on the Server thats closest. Heres a ping plotter of my connection to Ord1

The problem starts in BluePeak’s network and continues to get worse in their routing partner nodes (Twelve99). Unfortunately, this warrants a convo with the ISP. Those results should help make your case.
