It looks like the root issue may be related to the connection between the computer and the router/modem. The average latency showing in the test is 240 which is not normal for such a short distance.

If this is a wifi connection, please be sure to try moving closer to the wifi router. Similarly running a wired connection directly to the router/modem may also help.

If this is a wired connection already, it may be worth trying a different cable and doing a reset on the router/modem. Though if that doesn’t help either it might be time to discuss the issue with the internet service provider. They may be able to help provide a different device to use.

I’ve restarted my modem and router, pc is hooked directly with ethernet, not sure why my ping spikes between 40 to 250 mid match, it’s only been getting worse and making Overwatch unplayable. No other game I’ve been playing has any sort of issues like this. Any help would be appreciated!
