High latency in EU server (and OW only)

Hello, since last week i’ve been getting high pings in EU server. I used to have 80 now i have 160. I have done all steps recommended, and still to no avail. I’ve done ping checks and it seems the only high pings i’ve been getting is in OW and in the EU server.

EU region is the closest to me, so I have no other alternative. Have anyone else been experiencing this kind of lag?

what do you recommend in order to fix it?
I live in Israel.

It would be best to address this on the EU forums, as this forum is monitored by the US staff and players. They will likely ask for a WinMTR.
