High CPU usage and tempurature when starting Overwatch

3.) NOTE: After installing the chipset driver, make sure to modify the power profile:

Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Power Options -> AMD Ryzen Balanced -> Change plan settings -> Change advanced power settings
Processor power management -> Minimum processor state -> 0%
Processor power management -> Maximum processor state -> 100%


4.) Download and Install the latest graphics driver: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
