WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Your post didn’t mention what ping you normally see compared to what’s appearing now. If this is about a ping from 80-100ms, then yes, this can be seen in the test results you provided. The 80-100ms starts within the ISP network, or their peering partner, before the Blizzard peers and servers.

What to do:

  • Forward test results to the ISP to alert them of the issue happening.
  • Use a VPN, or alternative connection method, to route around those nodes while you wait for repairs.

Normally< I had been hitting 60-70, but now I am at 120ms :frowning: . I will call them tomorrow and find out. My big issue is that when I run speed tests, my ping is fairly small (30-40), and on other games i.e. Apex, etc… I usually average around that.

Speedtests ping a physical location as close to you as possible (depending on speedtest company). The route to the speedtest and the route to Blizzard are entirely different. It’s the same situation with other game titles.

Turns out other users on your ISP are also having problems, likely due to maintenance. More information here:
