Anyone else notice this in the SF/midseason patch? My brother, who gets motion sick but was never bothered by OW, started feeling it. And I noticed it too. Some players I asked said no but others agreed. This is absolutely something Blizzard would do, and surreptitiously too. It makes the game, imo, less playable b/c aiming just feels off. My mouse sensitivity hasn’t changed but I had to decrease it to make it feel playable. What are they doing???
This is the content I stick around for.
" We don’t want people playing our game.
Retention is bad.
We don’t like making money "
I’ll tell you the same thing I tell that guy asking in the lobby (I know you’ve seen him before);
The lag is just you dawg.
Ever since OW2 launch. There is something wrong with the game. Something feels very off and i have no clue what it is. OW1 felt like a high-quality & extremely top notch but it’s opposite in OW2.
i dont notice a speed increase but i have noticed the game is often ignoring e abilities with some heroes likely deliberately
how do those boots taste, tho?
See a doctor. You could be experiencing motion sickness among other possibilities. Would explain the loss in accuracy because the sick/anxious feelings would make it difficult to focus and hit your shots. Otherwise try to avoid playing when you feel anxious.
How’s that over the counter Dramamine taste?
You act as if they haven’t done things like this before.
Have you considered maybe your mouse skates have worn and feels faster?
Either way you should stop playing and drink water to keep motion sickness minimal
Right, you have to ask those questions to find out if it is your problem.
And if someone else tells me “I’ve been lagging a bit” I don’t take that as servers trying to kill me. You need at least half a lobby talking about the lag(you could easily ask) before you figure out it’s not your problem.
Tastes like my PC is working as intended. Or am I a shill in any games where I don’t have connection issues?
I’m not talking about the lag. I’m talking about the premise of Blizzard being incapable of introducing things that reduce player retention.
